500g pork tenderloin
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp cumin seeds
250g bacon slices
veggies of choice, roasted or steamed
method:
Preheat oven to 215°C.
Add olive oil, garlic, rosemary, cumin seeds, salt and pepper in a small jar, and shake well.
Rub the mixture all over the tenderloin, the wrap the bacon sliced around it.
Roast 45 min.
Allow to rest for at least 5 min before slicing and serving with veggies of choice.
