ingredients:

50g butter, room temperature (ca. 1/2 cup)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp ground ginger
grated zest of 1/4 orange
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chops
method:
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Line baking tray with baking paper.
Using a mixer, combine butter, sugar, egg, zest, and all the spices. Add the oats, flour and salt. Lastly add the chocolate chips.
Spoon 1/2 tbsp of the mix onto the baking paper, roughly shaping into a circle ca. 1/4cm thick (dough is sticky so it's a bit tricky!).
Bake 15 min.
Remove onto a wire rack so cookies can cool.
