ingredients:

2 salmon steaks
juice from 1/2 lemon
olive oil, salt and pepper
* Optional: 1 tbsp chopped dill
method:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Pour lemon juice into baking dish with 1 tbsp olive oil, and the dill if using.
Season salmon with salt (ca. 1/4 tsp on each steak) and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
Place in baking dish. If steak has no skin, then rotate the salmon a couple of times so that it is coated in the lemon juice. If the steak has skin, place the salmon skin-side up in the baking dish.
Cook 20min (if the thickest part is more 3cm or more in height, then cook for an additional 5 min).
Serve with side of choice.
