250g spaghetti
12-15 cherry tomatoes, halved
200g shrimp
1 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp chopped chives
salt, pepper, olive oil
2 tbsp pesto of choice
Hard yellow cheese of choice, for grating
method:
Cook spaghetti according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan and add the shrimp. Season with paprika, (1/2 tsp) salt, cayenne, chives, and fry for 2-3 min.
Lower the heat, add tomatoes and pesto, and mix well.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and mix so that everything is coated.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top if using.
