ingredients:

2 burger buns of choice
2 slices cheddar or other cheese of choice
2 pickles, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
For the patties:
250g lean ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp spearmint
method:
Heat grill pan.
Cut the burger buns in half and toast them on the inner side until crisp. Set aside.
Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl. Shape patties.
Grill/Fry the patties on high heat for 3 min on each side. Reduce heat to medium and turn them over again, frying for another 8-10 min for a well-done burger. In the last 5 min, add the cheddar slices on top of the patties.
Serve with fries or other sides of choice.
